Kiel, 15. April 2016 – MINT Software Systems is proudly announcing the celebration of a service agreement with Finnair Plc. for the delivery of the MINT Training and Resource Management System (MINT TRMS) to support its in-house and 3 rd party training services.

MINT has been asked to implement the state of the art training and resource management system MINT TRMS as replacement for the Finnair legacy systems, which were in many ways not
capable to fulfill their increasingly complex training requirements”.
The agreement includes the delivery of MINT TRMS that allows the “anytime, anywhere” access to training schedules, forms for electronic grading and system administration. It simplifies and optimizes the management of instructor allocation (roster synchronization), classroom distribution, student allocation, course scheduling and the planning and optimization of flight simulator schedules. MINT TRMS will be serving both Finnair’s and Finnair Flight Academy’s needs to administrate pilot and cabin crew training.
