Dear members,
our charter requires us to hold a general assembly within 6 months after the end of each financial year. Unfortunately we do not have any provisions for a waiver of this requirement due to “Force Majeure” or the likes. Due to the cancellation of the GA in Bodoe, we have decided to improvise with an on-line meeting.
The EC proposes to publish the usual reports from the working groups as well as the executive committee members on the website under 72nd GA before June 8th 2020. The treasurers report about the financial results from 2019 has already been verified by the members of the Supervisory Board.
The voting members of each organization will receive a Slido event code to do an on-line voting on 2 subjects: 1.) Approval of the GA to be held on-line 2.) Approval of the financial report for 2019
All members can use 2 electronic notice boards (padlets) at their convenience to make comments or to ask questions.
Beginning next week the various reports as mentioned above will be available on our website
