Dear all,
based on your feedback we received after the 74th GA, the EC has decided to make the 75th GA a Hybrid meeting with physical and on-line participants. In week 37 (Sep.13th onward) the EC will meet with the host as well as the hotel to finalize the arrangements, including possible Covid restrictions if applicable. Only then will we be able to establish the maximum number of participants in the conference room for our registration system. I am going to inform you when the registration will be open to give enough notice since it will be “first come – first serve”. Please do avoid under any circumstances registration of possible “no shows”
As part of the Hybrid set up we will have video live streaming of the event for the on-line participants.
