Dear all,
after meeting with our host as well as the hotel event staff we can give you some additional information about our next GA on Nov. 9th/10 in Amsterdam.
The entire meeting will be arranged via WEBEX and is available to all members and guests on-line.
In addition we will have a face to face meeting.
Due to the present situation, the physical participation in on site in Amsterdam will be limited to 75 people.
As per this limitation maximum 2 participants per member organization can attend the physical meeting in Amsterdam.
The registration for the GA will open on October 1st on a first come, first serve basis. Any member not being able to register for the physical attendance will be wait listed.
Should additional seats become available at the hotel in Amsterdam, the names on the waiting list will be informed accordingly.
As already mentioned at the last GA and in our NEWS the Executive Committee has to be elected for the next term.
As of October 15th, ballot forms will be mailed to the voting members to cast their votes for the EC Elections. The existing EC members are willing to serve another 4 year period. However, alternative candidates can still step forward according to our charter.
The voting for the approval of the budget 2022 will be done on-line during the GA. The budget proposal to be voted on will be posted under 75th GA in the member area of our website in due time.
