To those of you who have declared themselves as voting members during the recent GA registration, and those listed in our member records, individual E-mails with voting instructions and ballot forms have been sent today. Any voting member of a member organization who has not received this E-mail please contact the undersigned immediately. The completed ballot forms need to be sent to our returning officer before June 13th.
