ICAO has contacted us to get feedback from the training industry. Please do respond as this will have an impact on future rulemaking at EASA level and your NAA’s.
This survey distributed by PTLP members to industry organizations is meant to provide the PTLP with more insights on the current status of implementation of the following topics:
- Competency-based training and assessment (CBTA);
- Use of Simulation Training Devices (STD) for training and assessment of Aircraft Maintenance Technician/Engineer/Mechanic (AMTEMs);
- Women and minority and ethnic groups in aviation profession related AMTEMs.

The results of this survey will be collated and incorporated into a study report.
All information or documents provided through those surveys will only be used by the PTLP participants and will not be made available to general public. Any information that may lead to identification your organisation will be de-identified in the final report.
