Hotel, transit and conference arrangements:

Upon arrival at Schiphol Airport the participants can meet our hosts (trainees) to guide them to public transport or taxi services. These services will be available from 10 AM until 10 PM on Monday the 9th of April.

When the participants arrive at the hotels concerned they will be welcomed once again by our hosts and receive an information package as well as register for the conference and optional activities.

Both hotels are situated along the high speed bus line connecting them to each other as well as Schiphol Airport (Arrivals and Departures) and MBO College Airport. There are more hotels along this route.

Please allow for time to visit the MBO College Wednesday afternoon after the meeting. Our hosts came up with a magnificent program. This includes topics and practices concerning drones, HoloLens and composite.
