We are pleased to share the EASA 2026 Briefing Note, which provides the established 2025 reference prices for aviation fuel subcategories eligible under the ReFuelEU Aviation Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2023/2405).
This document serves as a critical pre-publication of the data that will be formally included in the EASA Annual Technical Report scheduled for release in Q3 2026. The reference prices detailed herein are intended to assist EU Member States in determining penalties for non-compliance under Article 12 of the RFEUA and to support mechanisms under the EU ETS Directive (FEETS).
