As you are aware, EASA initiated a “Rule Simplification Program” aimed at reducing the “administrative burden” on the industry while fostering a more efficient and outcome-focused business environment.
EASA has recently published the report from the “Reality Check Meeting” held on November 27. The primary objective of this meeting was to gather feedback from aviation safety stakeholders regarding the implementation of the EU aviation safety framework (EASA Basic Regulation (EU) 2018/1139), along with the associated Commission Implementing and Delegated Regulations.
