First I would like to wish you all a happy & healthy 2020.

Cargolux recently went through a “Lean management” change process and I would like to know if there are some amongst you who did this in your company??
To keep our change going and learn from peers, I would like to find out if there is an interest in our committee to create a Network (business club) where we could share our experience in Lean management implementation / Kaizen events / continuous improvement results etc…..
